WEEK 20 continued

Mega proud!

1 hour none stop fc swim, managed 90.

1 hour walking up hill leaflet dropping.

5 reps of 30 squats

3 reps of 30 sec planks

11 reps 10 sec crunches

20 hour fast.

Starting to feel new muscle now!

I have also discovered that the more exercise I do the less I eat. Not because I don't want to waste the effort, but because I forget???

Come on! I want out of these, size 20s!!
