Week 15

Get me!

I must confess, after much research, and listening to my body, I now only have a 24 hour fast. I am debating whether or not I fast 24 hours, and start another 24 fast after a break. What I am doing moreso now, is simply not eating after I eat dinner in the evening.

My exercise regime is excellent. I try to fit as much exercise into my day. If I'm doing nothing, a few squats, a bit of dancing here and there to get my body moving wont hurt.

I also out Paul Mckennas rules into practise, eating only when hungry, eating consciously, stopping when full, and drinking water. I find that this, teamed with fasting and not weighing myself is certainly a more sustainable way to keep myself in check.  :-)
