I decided to Shift back to Sunday start as it works better for me. What I need to remember though is that on a Tuesday, when my fast ends, I should eat something light. My weight has not shifted this week as I have had a couple of blow outs with alcohol. Keeping myself occupied usually makes my fasting days breeze by. I am looking forward to getting back to my normal fasting routine, and hopefully, by my birthday in August I will have a fantastic photo to update you all with!
