Week 8

Yes, still going! No weight loss to report this week. But last week was pretty good so I am happy with that. I am.really feeling my.muscle building now. This makes me very.excited. I have reverted back to my Sunday-Tuesday fast as it worked best for me. I can't stress enough how this way of eating has to be measured by how you FEEL. If you feel bad... End the fast. The worst I felt was very hungry and that was when I fasted over the weekend.
