Ok, so I have fasted on and off since my last entry, and it has, become so natural I don't notice I am doing it.
33 today and always try to set myself a challenge, so...
6 days a week fast from last evening meal to next day evening meal.
Fit 1250 calories into one meal.
Try and get my daily quota of nutrients into that meal.
Allow 3 coffees without sugar throughout the day.
Lots of water.
Here I go!!
